Prepare

quantity take-offs

BOQs

, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications. Review and verify contractor bills, work measurements, and rate analysis. Prepare and maintain

project cost reports

, budgets, and progress summaries. Evaluate variation claims and support contract administration. Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for smooth billing and cost control. Maintain documentation related to quantities, material reconciliation, and cost records. Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with project requirements.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Good understanding of

industrial civil works

and material specifications. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Salary Range:

?50,000 - ?65,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
