Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying & MeasurementPrepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates Measure works executed at site as per drawings and specifications Maintain quantity tracking and reconciliation statements

Billing & CertificationReview and certify contractor RA bills and final bills Verify variation, extra item, and deviation claims Prepare payment certificates and cost reports

Contract & Cost ControlAssist in contract administration as per contract conditions Monitor project cost, budget, and cash flow Support change order and variation management

Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with site engineers, planning, design, and QA/QC teams Prepare monthly cost reports and progress statements Attend site meetings and client reviews
