We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong exposure to residential high-rise projects. The role involves end-to-end quantity management, billing, cost control, and coordination with site and accounts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Quantity take-o? from drawings and preparation of BOQs
Contractor RA billing, certification, and reconciliation
Cost control, rate analysis, and budgeting support
Preparation and evaluation of extra items and variation claims
Material reconciliation and coordination with site execution teams
Close coordination with accounts team for billing and payment tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years experience in residential apartment projects
Strong knowledge of billing, BOQs, and reconciliation
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
