Job Description

A Civil Vendor Manpower Supply job involves providing qualified personnel to construction and civil engineering projects. These roles focus on supplying skilled and unskilled labor for various tasks, including masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and heavy equipment operation. The vendor manages recruitment, training, deployment, and often handles compliance and administrative tasks like payroll. At the same time they want to handle the vendor Management, overall 10 + yrs are preferred.

This role ensures vendor compliance with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation:

Identify, assess, and empanel reliable civil vendors (contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, service providers) for construction works.

Negotiation & Contracting:

Negotiate rates, payment terms, and work scope. Finalize contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).

Vendor Coordination:

Act as the point of contact between the company and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil works including RCC, block work, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, etc.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and evaluate vendor performance on quality, safety, delivery timelines, cost, and manpower deployment.

Quality & Cost Control:

Coordinate with site engineers and quality teams to ensure material and work quality meets project standards. Control cost leakages through proper billing and verification.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and materials Vendor negotiation and relationship management Understanding of contracts, billing, BOQ, and work orders Knowledge of labor compliance and safety standards Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems (if applicable)
