Job Title:

Quantity Surveying ( Gulf projects)

(metro project experience preference)

Location:

Chennai, Ambattur OT - In office(no work from home)

Experience:

3 to 15 + years in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Contract Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Quantity Surveying teams for commercial, industrial, and data center projects Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents Develop and manage project budgets from inception to completion Monitor and control project costs throughout all phases Evaluate and analyze contractor bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize vendors Prepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and weekly/monthly project reports Conduct value engineering and ensure compliance with BOQ, technical specs, and drawings Manage contractor and subcontractor billing, claims, and variations Analyze contract terms, identify discrepancies, and prepare clarification queries Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution Oversee procurement, vendor management, and commercial management processes
