We are looking for a

Quantity Surveyor

with experience in

building projects

to join our team at our

Delhi Head Office

. The ideal candidate should have

4-6 years of experience

in quantity surveying, cost estimation, DSR, DAR and project billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare

BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

and cost estimates for building projects.

Conduct

quantity take-offs

from drawings as per CPWD norms and site measurements.

Reconciliation of all raw materials used at the site i.e Steel, concrete, tiles, Cement brick work etc..

Assist in

contract management

and tender documentation.

Monitor

project budgets, cost control, and material reconciliation

.

Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and contractors for cost planning.

Verify and process

contractor bills and invoices

.

Prepare

progress reports and rate analysis

.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual terms.

Skills & Requirements:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering

(Mandatory)

??

4-6 years of experience

in Quantity Surveying for

building projects

?? Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software

?? Strong knowledge of

BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing

?? Good understanding of

construction contracts and tendering

? ? Excellent

analytical and negotiation skills
