Position: Billing & Quantity Survey (QS) Engineer

Location:

Delhi (Candidates must be willing to relocate)

Industry:

Building Construction

Experience:

5 to 9 years in a similar role.

Education:

Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

CTC:

Up to ?8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveying:

Review project drawings and manage preparation of BOQs, BBS, and measurement sheets.

BBS & QS Management:

Supervise bar bending schedule (BBS) preparation and ensure accurate quantity certification from client representatives.

Billing & Certification:

Prepare and submit client and contractor bills; ensure timely certification from all concerned parties.

Cost Management:

Conduct detailed cost analysis, material reconciliation, and prepare monthly work-in-progress (WIP) reports.

Variation Handling:

Analyze and process variation orders with detailed rate analysis and impact assessment on project cost.

Purchase Requisition (PR):

Create material and subcontractor PRs in SAP as per project requirements.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance with labour and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with project teams for effective billing, reporting, and documentation.

Reporting & Documentation:

Generate reconciliation sheets, monthly progress reports, and maintain up-to-date project records.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

MS Office

, and preferably

SAP

. Strong knowledge of

construction billing

,

contract management

, and

project cost control

. Must have prior experience in

high-rise, residential, commercial, or institutional projects

. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
