Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out projects.
Evaluate tenders, contracts, and variations.
Conduct cost analysis and manage project expenditures.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
Prepare and certify running & final bills.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Interior/Construction Management.
2-5 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, billing, and contracts.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and costing software.
