Prepare detailed quantities take-off and cost estimates for all civil, structural works as per drawings and specifications.
Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and monitoring of project expenditures against approved budgets.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural drawings for reinforcement works.
Verify and certify contractor and subcontractor bills based on actual work done at site and approved BOQs.
Cross-check measurements with site records, drawings, and quality reports.
Maintain material reconciliation statements for key construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.).
Compare materials issued vs. consumed to detect discrepancies or wastage.
Prepare and maintain all billing documentation, including measurement sheets, RA bills, final bills, and payment summaries.
Keep records of work orders, rate analysis, correspondence, and approvals related to billing.
