Quantity Surveyor - Chennai

Qualification

: Dip Civil or B.E. Civil

Experience :

8 to 12years,

Salary :

60k to 70k

Prepare client bill of quantity (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender

Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment

Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures.
