B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil Works
Exposure to Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction / EPC / Interior Fit-Outs sectors
Hands-on experience in Commercial Management for industrial, commercial, warehousing, and turnkey projects
Strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge of industry norms, guidelines, and compliance procedures
Key Skills:
Quantity Surveying
BOQ & Tender Preparation
Rate Analysis
Cost Control & Monitoring
Bill Checking & Reconciliation for Civil Works.
