Job Description

Prepare detailed cost plans, budget estimates, and financial viability studies. Draft the

Bill of Quantities (BoQ)

by measuring and quantifying all required works and materials. Prepare and issue tender documentation to prospective subcontractors and suppliers. Analyze, evaluate, and negotiate quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers. Draft formal subcontract agreements, and contractual terms. Establish and manage comprehensive project

cost control systems

. Prepare and present regular

Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports

and financial forecasts. Monitor and manage project cash flow and projected payment schedules. Conduct site measurements and interim

valuations

of work completed by subcontractors. Prepare and submit applications for payment (valuations) to the client. Certify and process subcontractor and supplier payment claims. Measure, value, and negotiate the cost implications of all design changes and site instructions (
