Job Description

Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

Reviewing designs/plans to forecast material, labor, and overall project costs.

Contract & Procurement:

Preparing tender documents, contracts, and Bills of Quantities; negotiating with contractors/suppliers.

Financial Control:

Monitoring project spending, valuing work done, managing variations, and certifying subcontractor payments.

Reporting:

Preparing financial reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses for stakeholders.

Liaison:

Working with site managers, project managers, architects, and clients.

Risk Management:

Identifying and mitigating financial risks and ensuring compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
