Experience: 5+ years Location: Bangalore Education Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 1.5 years experience with Mivan shuttering high-rise residential building/ Villas project. Planning is add an advantage Responsibility: Rate Analysis, Costing, Quantity Surveying, Sub Contractor Billing, QS, Bar Bending Schedule, BOQ Preparation, Preparation and tacking the Budget, Material reconciliation, Variation Order, Rate Negotiation and comparison statement Responsibilities and Duties Sub-contractors & sub agencies bills Monthly Reports of Work orders and billed details Rate Analysis for Tendered and Non tendered items Reconciliation of all types of Materials Calculate the Shuttering material requirement Prepare the Variation Order Daily Progress report Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Preparation of BOM Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags and maintenance orders. Maintain drawing register Qualifications and Skills Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor for Highrise Residential building/ Villas Project Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work; Work well under pressure. Knowledge of Autocad , MSP/Primavera, MS office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
