Pre - Contract Experience is required. Prepare Bill of quantities (BOQ). Prepare measurement and Take-off. Should be proficient in CAD, Cost-X (qty take off tools) Audited Entire Project for Cost assessment and prepared Cost for Completion. Participate in the design review meetings as and when required and provide inputs on cost management. Billing, BOQ, Planning

Participate in the design review meetings as and when required and provide inputs on cost management. Billing, BOQ, Planning Understand and adopt the company's procedures, documentation and relevant standard codes related to measurements and pricing, valuation, and variation check lists. Development of Project Budget, BOQ and liaising with stakeholders. Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly. Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time. Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software. Ensure integrity and professionalism in every task or activity performed. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Good Interpersonal Skills.
