Job Description

As a quantity surveyor, you will manage all building and civil engineering project costs, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Your role will be highly critical in ensuring the financial success of our construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions. work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other professionals to manage the project costs and ensure it is completed within the stipulated budget. Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents. Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs. Preparing tenders, including quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment. Managing contracts and overseeing quantity surveying teams. Performing quantity reconciliation for on-site resources. Using software like AutoCAD.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field. Candidate completed Bachelor Degree course must have work experience of 6- 8 yrs. Candidate completed Diploma course must have work experience of 8- 10 yrs.

Candidate Profile:

Candidate completed Bachelor Degree course must have work experience of 3- 5 yrs. Candidate completed Diploma course must have work experience of 5- 7 yrs.. Only MALE candidate shall apply residing in Kolkata. Looking for immediate joiner.
