Identify and evaluate financial and contractual risks and track changes to the project plan and their financial impact.
Procurement:
Advise on and manage the procurement of materials and services.
Liaison and coordination:
Act as a link between clients, designers (architects and engineers), and the construction team, ensuring all parties are aligned on cost and contractual matters.
Quality and compliance:
Ensure the project adheres to quality standards, legal requirements, and building regulations.
Project monitoring:
Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle, forecast final costs, and analyze completed projects to determine value for money.
