Experience - 8 to 15+ years in Real Estate is MUST

Role:

- Taking out all types of Quantities from drawings

- Preparation of Construction Areas

- Preparation of Finishing schedule for the project

- Preparation of Base rate of Materials for the project

- Preparation of Detailed sheet for Budgets

- Preparation of all types of Budget sheet (Concept, Schematic & Detailed Design)

- Preparation of one liner BOQ's for various Tender packages & sharing with the Tendering Team

- Reviewing & finalization of Quantity, Rate Analysis, BOQ and Tender documents.

- Preparation of Budget sheets (ADJ) for Financial institutions

- Preparation of Value Engineering Reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
