About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer

to manage project costing, billing, BOQ preparation, and financial documentation. The role involves

site measurements, contractor billing verification

, and ensuring that all cost-related activities are carried out

accurately and in line with contractual and project requirements

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify

Bills of Quantities (BOQs), RA Bills, and Final Bills

. Conduct

site measurements

and validate contractor quantities for billing. Maintain up-to-date

cost tracking, estimates, and expenditure reports

. Coordinate with

Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Clients

. Analyze project cost variances and recommend actions for cost control. Manage documentation of

contracts, variations, and claims

. Assist in

rate analysis, tender documentation, and commercial correspondence

. Ensure compliance with

project specifications, financial policies, and audit requirements

.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / B.Tech in

Civil Engineering

(preferred).

6-10 years

of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure billing. Strong knowledge of

BOQ, rate analysis, and measurement methodologies

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

, and familiarity with AutoCAD / QS software (advantage). Ability to work independently with strong

numerical and documentation skills

. Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

Preferred Background

Experience in

Residential / Commercial / Institutional / High-Rise

construction projects. Understanding of

contract conditions and site execution workflows
