BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
Area & volume calculations
Cost estimation, rate analysis & Excel-based reporting
Understanding of stone, quartz, tiles & interior finishes

? Quantity Surveying / Estimation background
? AutoCAD proficiency
? Strong Excel skills
? Experience in interiors / fit-out / stone projects
? Cost-focused & detail-oriented approach
