Role \xe2\x80\x93 Quantity Surveyor Location- Bangalore (must be willing to relocate) Expr \xe2\x80\x93 5-6 yrs Education \xe2\x80\x93 Graduation/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent stream Notice period - Immediately /15days/serving Notice period Must have Skills- Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) \xc2\xb7 Work out Quantities from AutoCAD drawings including detailed Measurement Sheets. \xc2\xb7 Experience in Quantifying of Civil, Landscape, Interior Fitout item of works. \xc2\xb7 Cost Planning / Budgeting / Cost Estimate and Rate Analysis. \xc2\xb7 Site billing knowledge, bill scrutinizing and certification. \xc2\xb7 BOQ & Technical specifications Preparation. \xc2\xb7 Value engineering and Material knowledge. \xc2\xb7 Tender & Contract documentation.
