Area calculation of aluminum formwork monolithic
Conduct material take-offs and quantity calculations.
Analyze project specifications and contracts.
Track project costs and ensure budget adherence.
Assess and certify contractor invoices and payments.
Identify area variations and prepare reports.
Collaborate with project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
Drawing reading understanding of structure / architecture drawings .
AutoCAD expert.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in related field.
1+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of construction contracts.
Good knowledge of Structure drawings and Architecture Drawings
Area calculation as per discussing with clients.
