B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical) for post-tender operations in Oman. The candidate must have 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to mechanical projects in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

Take off quantities from mechanical drawings for tenders, variations, and budget proposals. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material reconciliation, and related documentation. Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals of bills, variations, and final accounts. Check and certify sub-contractor measurements and ensure documentation for audits. Prepare daily and periodic progress and cost reports. Work at both site and office locations, depending on project needs.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mechanical), MS Excel, and Word is essential. Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, etc.) is preferred. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
