Job Title: Quantity Surveyor and Billing Engineer

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor and Billing Engineer to join our construction team in East Pune. The successful candidate will play a critical role in project cost estimation, quantity calculations, and material auditing.

Key Responsibilities

:

Independently prepare comprehensive billing documentation and bills of quantities Calculate accurate procurement quantities and material requirements Perform cost estimation using Elemental Cost Analysis, Approximate Quantities Method, and Parametric Cost Estimation Monitor contractor running bills and project expenditures Conduct weekly site visits to verify progress and validate billing accuracy Identify cost variations and prepare variance reports with recommended solutions Prepare tender documents and assist in contractor selection Negotiate contract variations and scope changes

Qualifications:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in construction billing and quantity surveying Proficiency in estimation software and construction management systems Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards Knowledge of building codes and regulations
