We have an urgent opening for Quantity Surveyor Engineer one of our clients located at Vitthalapur (100km far from Ahmedabad)
Education Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: .3+Years of experience as a QS Engineer in Civil Construction (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional Projects)
Job Location: Vitthalapur\' Gujarat
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents with the architect and/or the client, including bills of quantities.
- Undertake cost analysis for Construction, repair and maintenance project work
- Assist in establishing a clients requirements and undertake feasibility studies
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Advise on a procurement strategy
- Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
- Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Value completed work and arranged payments
- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use
- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
- Language Skill- English- Understand, Reading, Writing, Speaking. Hindi - Understand, Speaking
- Computer Knowledge- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Basic knowledge of Auto Cad
