Job Description

Responsible for cost planning, estimation, billing, budgeting, and contract administration to ensure cost-effective project delivery with required quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analyses for civil, finishing, and MEP works. Evaluate and certify contractor/vendor bills and claims. Track budgets vs. actuals and report cost variances. Support procurement with tendering, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation. Manage variations/change orders and maintain proper documentation. Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and value engineering inputs. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for cost-related matters.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (FIDIC), and cost control. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools. Good analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering PG/Certification in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management (preferred)
