What would you do? Industry X operations enables end-to-end operations integration through data & digital twin to operate client core processes and client product centric operations. Moving to an intelligent operating model powered by data, digital technologies and talent unlocked value at the seams Manages the full lifecycle of large-scale infrastructure and capital assets, from strategic planning and engineering to construction, operations, and compliance Quantity Surveying manages costs in construction by estimating, budgeting, and controlling project expenses.
What are we looking for? Looking for Skilled Quantity Surveyors proficient in International Rules of Measurements and foreign projects. Pre-construction BOQs experience is beneficial. International Rules of Measurement like SMM7, NRM, POMI, CESMM CostX
Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
