Experience:

4-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQ, estimates, and budgets for all construction activities Perform quantity take-offs, BBS, and area calculations Conduct rate analysis for material and labour Support site, purchase, contracts, billing, and ERP/SAP teams Monitor and reconcile material usage and quantities Verify quantities with site engineers and track budget deviations Update budgets as per revised drawings, specifications, and site changes Conduct monthly material audits and prepare reports

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

building construction works

Expertise in

Quantity Surveying, BBS, BOQ, Rate Analysis

Hands-on experience with

budgeting, estimation, and reconciliation

Proficiency in

SAP / ERP systems

Good coordination and communication skills

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
