We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction/interior projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, materials, and labor costs to support budgeting, tendering, and project planning.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates from drawings and BOQs
Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Assist in tendering, bidding, and pricing activities
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and suppliers
Compare vendor quotations and recommend cost-effective options
Track cost variations and support budget control during execution
Maintain estimation records, rate analysis, and cost databases
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Support project planning and scheduling with cost inputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
0-5 years of experience in estimation & costing (construction/interiors)
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (preferred)
Understanding of construction materials, specifications, and methods
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
