Billing Quantity Analyst (Interior / Architecture Firm)

Experience:

1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify

BOQs (Bills of Quantities)

for interior and architectural projects. Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine

accurate material quantities

and labor requirements. Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and procurement teams for

cost estimation and billing reconciliation

. Prepare

client and subcontractor bills

, ensuring timely submission and accuracy. Monitor project progress and update

quantity and cost reports

accordingly. Ensure compliance with

company standards and client requirements

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office

. Understanding of

interior materials, finishes, and measurement standards

. Attention to detail with good analytical and numerical ability. Communication and coordination skills for handling site and office interactions.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?30,368.70 per month

Work Location: In person
