We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aptitude and Reasoning Trainer to guide and prepare students (Classes 8 to 12) in developing strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills essential for competitive exams and general academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Thinking. Prepare students for school-level aptitude competitions, Olympiads, NTSE Design and evaluate regular practice worksheets, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions. Customize teaching methods based on students' understanding and learning pace. Collaborate with academic staff to integrate reasoning concepts across subjects when needed. Track student progress and share feedback with parents and the academic team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Engineering/Education or relevant field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in teaching Aptitude and Reasoning at school or coaching level. Strong command over logical, verbal, and quantitative aptitude topics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts with real-life examples. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and competitive exam patterns (Olympiads/NTSE/etc.).

Preferred:

Prior experience with aptitude coaching for competitive exams (NTSE, Olympiads etc.) Proficiency in using digital tools and smart boards for interactive teaching.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
