?500,000 - ?700,000 per annum + bonuses ranging from ?300,000 to ?500,000

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Developer to join our team. This role involves enhancing our trading algorithms and developing innovative tools to maximize our high-frequency trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize trading algorithms using Python, Django, and other technologies. Collaborate with traders to automate and refine trading strategies. Perform backtesting and create dashboards to monitor strategy performance. Work with a team of quants and developers to integrate AI and data analytics into trading operations. Continuously update and manage existing trading strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development. At least 2 years of experience as a Quantitative Developer within the trading industry. Strong background in computer science, mathematics, or data science. Proven track record of developing successful trading strategies. Experience with API integration and managing high-speed trading operations. Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of quantitative research.
