Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled

Quant & LRDI Faculty

to mentor and train CAT aspirants. You will be responsible for simplifying complex concepts, teaching time-saving shortcuts, and helping students navigate the high-pressure environment of MBA entrance exams.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching:

Deliver engaging lectures on Quantitative Aptitude (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Modern Math) and Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation (LRDI).

Strategy:

Provide students with exam-taking strategies, shortcut techniques, and elimination methods to improve speed and accuracy.

Content Development:

Create and update high-quality study materials, mock tests, and practice sets aligned with the latest CAT patterns.

Doubt Clearing:

Conduct dedicated sessions to resolve student queries and provide 1-on-1 mentorship.

Performance Tracking:

Analyze mock test results and provide personalized feedback to help students improve their percentiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Subject Expertise:

Deep understanding of CAT-level Mathematics and Logical Reasoning.

Academic Background:

A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or an MBA from a top-tier institute.

Exam Performance:

A high percentile (98+) in the QA/LRDI section of CAT in previous years is a significant advantage.

Communication:

Ability to explain "the why" behind a solution, not just "the how."

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
