As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Card Data & Analytics team, you translate customer data into insights that influence rewards and marketing strategies. You collaborate with diverse teams to deliver analytics projects that support business objectives and enhance customer experience.
Job responsibilities
Analyze customer performance, segmentation, and targeting to optimize rewards strategies
Collaborate with product and finance teams to deliver analytical agendas
Drive end-to-end analytics for campaign strategies, including performance measurement and ad hoc analysis
Partner with marketing managers to optimize campaigns and develop new strategies
Provide timely analytics for key trends by analyzing large datasets
Synthesize data into actionable insights for business and marketing strategies
Deliver practical data insights to senior leadership through presentations and visualizations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, data science, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics
Five years of experience in quantitative analytics for financial products
Five years of experience querying big data platforms and analyzing data with visualization tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in creating analytical datasets using SQL, SAS, or Alteryx
Skilled in generating analytical insights using Tableau or Excel
Experience designing and coding automation frameworks
Proficient in critical thinking and problem solving
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Financial services background with exposure to marketing or strategic analytics
Ability to tell a story through data and generate insights for stakeholders
Intellectually curious and eager to become a subject matter expert
Strategic thinker focused on business goals and objectives
