Position Overview
Stockhifi Advisory Services Private Limited is looking for a Quant Analyst with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and data science. The ideal candidate will work on quantitative models, data-driven analysis, and financial research to support trading strategies and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and implement quantitative models for financial analysis and trading strategies
Perform statistical analysis on large financial datasets
Analyze market trends, price movements, and risk factors
Work with historical and real-time market data to generate insights
Assist in back-testing and validating quantitative strategies
Collaborate with research and trading teams to improve model performance
Prepare reports and dashboards for internal decision-making
Continuously improve models using data science and statistical techniques Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
Scored 90% and above in Mathematics in 10th and 12th standards
Statistics must be one of the academic subjects
Completed a certified course in Data Science
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in quantitative analysis, finance, or data analytics Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Statistics, Probability, and Mathematics
Proficiency in Python / R for data analysis and modeling
Experience with data science tools and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and risk management
Ability to work with large datasets and draw actionable insights
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Preferred Qualifications
Background in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
Experience in algorithmic trading or financial modeling
