As a Quant Analyst within the Regulatory Operations Analytics team, you will create and manage precise client data impacting books and records. You will analyze business problems, design and implement solutions using Alteryx, Python, SAS, or other suitable tools. You will translate data into meaningful business information and execute data analysis to support critical business decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
Be an analytical thinker with excellent data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes. Background in data analytics & automation is a plus
Analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions quickly and objectively
Synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management
Possess attention to detail is required, specifically in terms of analytic rigor and output to eliminate the need for rework
Operate in a self-directed manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results with urgency
Perform root cause analysis independently
Understand data infrastructure in a Financial Services organization
Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
Possess technical skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint for quicker navigations and leadership presentations and quick reviews/analysis
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum 3 years of relatable experience
Knowledge of Digital Tools such as Tableau, UI Path & Python
Effective communication skills with Alteryx CORE certification and hands-on experience. Should have an understanding on Python, SAS & Tableau
Attention to Details and optimal accuracy rate in processing critical request
Ability to understand bespoke activities and report accordingly
