We are a mid-sized specialty MRO chemicals manufacturing company based in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, seeking an experienced and technically strong professional to lead the

Quality Department

. The role will oversee

QC Lab Operations, Quality Assurance, R&D activities, and Safety Compliance

, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Head

QC lab operations

for testing of RM, PM, and FG Lead

R&D activities

including product development and troubleshooting Prepare and review

quality and technical documents

(Test Methods, TDS, SDS, BMR, Specs, Reports) Manage

QA systems

as per

ISO 9001 & ISO 45001

Develop and implement

safety protocols

for hazardous chemicals and fire safety

Requirements:

Minimum

10 years' experience

in

FMCG / household chemicals / cosmetics / formulated products

Strong technical background with leadership experience Good organizational and team management skills Candidates from nearby locations preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
