Quality Analyst

5.5 days/week
Saturday: Half day
Sunday: Fixed off

Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Quality Analyst in a BPO
Hands-on experience auditing
calls, chats, and emails
Strong communication in
English, Hindi & Kannada
Good knowledge of
Excel / Google Sheets
Experience working in
banking processes
(preferred/mandatory as per your requirement)
Ability to identify quality gaps and suggest process improvements
Strong analytical, documentation & feedback skills
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits for calls, chats, and email interactions
Identify communication gaps, process errors, and compliance issues
Provide structured feedback to agents for improvement
Work closely with operations teams to improve overall quality
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports using Excel
Track trends, highlight customer-impact issues, and support process enhancements
Maintain quality standards and ensure consistent customer experience
