Role Overview:
We're looking for a Quality & Training Specialist (Customer Service) who will play a key role in improving our customer experience. You'll be responsible for training the support team, ensuring communication quality, and building processes that make every interaction meaningful and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for customer support teams (voice & chat).
Create training modules, FAQs, and process documentation.
Audit support interactions for quality and compliance.
Provide regular feedback and performance reports to team leads.
Identify skill gaps and implement improvement plans.
Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
Maintain high standards of communication and service delivery.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in customer service or training roles (preferably in e-commerce or BPO).
Strong knowledge of customer support metrics and QA processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and support dashboards (Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
