Job Description

Quality Trainee supports quality teams by inspecting materials, monitoring production, conducting tests, documenting results, and ensuring products meet standards, gaining hands-on experience with QC/QA processes, data recording, and compliance (like ISO). Key duties involve raw material checks, process monitoring, root cause analysis, report generation, and collaborating with production for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Inspection & Testing: Check raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products using defined procedures and tools (gauges, micrometers). Data Management: Record inspection data, create reports, and maintain quality logs. Process Monitoring: Observe production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify deviations. Documentation: Assist with quality system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports. Collaboration: Work with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions (CAPA). Improvement: Support root cause analysis for defects and suggest improvements to processes and systems. Compliance: Follow company quality policies, safety practices (like 5S), and potentially ISO standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Often a diploma or degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science). Technical Skills: Basic understanding of quality concepts, manufacturing, and measurement tools; familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving, good communication, and teamwork.
