Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Trainee to support daily inspection activities, documentation, and quality improvement processes. This position offers hands-on learning of quality systems, measurement tools, and production standards within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in visual and dimensional inspection of components, tools, and assemblies. Learn and support the operation of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge. Maintain inspection reports, calibration logs, and quality documentation. Report non-conformances or deviations to the assigned engineer or supervisor. Participate in basic root cause analysis and corrective action discussions. Follow safety rules, housekeeping guidelines, and PPE requirements. Support implementation of ISO standards and internal quality procedures.

Key Skills Required

Basic understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes. Eagerness to learn quality tools, measurement techniques, and standards. Good observation and reporting skills. Ability to work in a team and follow quality protocols. Effective communication and adaptability on the shop floor.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / ITI. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment may apply.
