Core Responsibilities

1. Incoming Material & Vendor Inspections:

Conduct inspections for Class A, B, and C items and prepare reports.

Arrange inward material test reports job-wise and hand over for customer submission.

Perform vendor site inspections and document findings.

2. In-Process & Final Product Inspections:

Conduct in-process inspections at all manufacturing stages and update job cards.

Verify the final product against customer-approved drawings and coordinate job crediting.

Maintain rating plates job-wise and allocate upon testing completion.

3. Testing & Calibration:

Perform and coordinate final product testing, including test connections and register updates.

Conduct tests on stage failures and customer returns, coordinating root-cause analysis.

Verify and monitor the calibration status of test instruments in QA and production areas.

4. Customer Coordination & Compliance:

Arrange and facilitate customer inspections for final transformers.

Maintain ISO 9001 records and ensure adherence to internal procedures.

Maintain hygiene and order in the QA area to ensure a controlled environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?47,459.73 per month
