This position ensures that every activity within the company follows documented procedures, quality standards, and audit-ready formats.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for all business units -- Design, Production, Site, and Administration.
Conduct
regular process audits
and identify deviations from approved Infra Green protocols.
Develop and update checklists, documentation formats, and internal workflows.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure uniform execution of project-related tasks.
Organize
training sessions
for engineers, supervisors, and new recruits on company SOPs.
Monitor
Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
adherence in both factory and field environments.
Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure site compliance in safety, quality, and documentation.
Prepare and submit
weekly SOP compliance reports
directly to the Managing Director.
Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.
Digitize SOP formats in ERP / Google Drive and maintain up-to-date documentation archives.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong understanding of
industrial, fabrication, and project site operations
.
Excellent documentation, audit, and process management skills.
Effective communicator in
English & Tamil
(Hindi / Malayalam is an advantage).
Commanding personality with ability to enforce discipline respectfully.
Skilled in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic ERP systems.
Logical, organized, and proactive mindset.

Audit and monitor
10-15 live projects monthly

Conduct
SOP compliance training
for 25-50 staff members per quarter.
Maintain 100% document readiness for internal and client audits.
