We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager who can strengthen our quality processes and ensure end-to-end compliance with QMS standards. Role Summary We are seeking a proactive Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across all stages of production. The role involves ensuring compliance with QMS standards, resolving customer complaints, reducing internal defects, and driving continuous improvement through CAPA and audits. You'll play a key role in maintaining product reliability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities ? Ensure stage-wise quality checks and validation throughout the production process. ? Lead customer complaint analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). ? Prepare and manage documentation for NCRs, audits, and QMS compliance. ? Assist in internal, customer, and third-party audits to ensure readiness and compliance. ? Drive reduction of internal defects and cost of poor quality through data-driven actions. ? Train and guide QA team members to strengthen inspection and process control systems. What We're Looking For ? Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or Quality-related courses. ? 2-10 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing. ? Strong knowledge of QMS standards, CAPA, and documentation practices. ? Ability to identify root causes and implement cost-effective solutions. ? Proven skills in handling audits, customer complaints, and defect analysis. ? Good communication skills and ability to lead a small quality team. Why Join Brimag?
