  • Manage the ISO 14001 Program across theatres
  • Support ISO External Audit Certification Programs
  • Lead internal Audits for ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 and other ISO programs
  • Collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders
  • Regularly report program progress, directions, risks, mitigation and adjustment to peers and management
  • Prepare and maintain audit and functional training and supporting materials to support the audit and the Environmental Management System (EMS) programs
  • Ensure that business & environmental risks are identified and addressed
  • Ensure that processes are relevant, reviewed, correct and compliant
  • Identify and recommend business and environmental improvements, with a focus on outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Program/Project Management: 3-5 years of experience in program or project management within a high-tech, dynamic environment, demonstrating a robust understanding of the complexities associated with such settings.
  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline, business, or a related field, underpinning a solid theoretical and practical knowledge base.
  • Communication and Teamwork: A track record of exceptional presentation and communication skills, coupled with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and tailor messaging for diverse audiences and objectives, ranging from informative to persuasive.
  • Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated leadership abilities, including a strong executive presence, the skill to influence key stakeholders, and the competence to lead and execute projects with extended cross-functional teams.
  • ISO 14001 Expertise: Knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of ISO 14001 or similar management systems standards, demonstrating a commitment to environmental management and sustainability practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: You have demonstrated the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Change Management: A solid track record in spearheading and actualizing positive change, with a focus on optimizing existing procedures.
  • Environmental Program Analysis: Proven experience in analyzing environmental programs and recommending impactful improvements.

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
