Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and select suppliers based on product quality and delivery requirements Perform

FAI (First Article Inspection)

and supplier document verification Manage

Supplier Quality Notifications (SQN)

and supplier performance monitoring Lead

CAPA and SCAR management

, including root cause analysis and effectiveness verification Drive

APQP / PPAP

activities with suppliers Monitor and improve key supplier KPIs:

+ On-Time Delivery (OTD)
+ DPMO (Defects Per Million Opportunities)
+ COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality)
Investigate supplier non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and suppliers to ensure contractual and quality compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills

BE / BTech / ME / MTech in

Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent 4-8 years of experience in

Supplier Quality Engineering

Strong knowledge of

quality control processes and manufacturing practices

Hands-on experience with

CAPA, SCAR, APQP, PPAP

Knowledge of

ISO 13485

and

ISO 14971

standards Expertise in

GDP (Good Documentation Practices)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail with a structured and self-organized approach Ability to work independently and as part of a disciplined team * Result-oriented mindset
