Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the proper implementation and compliance of all documentation required by the IATF 16949 standard within an organization, focusing on quality management systems in the automotive industry.
1. Inspect and Test Products: Review products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company standards.
2. Measure and Compare: Use tools like micrometers and calipers to measure products against specifications.
3. Identify Defects: Detect and report any defects or deviations from quality standards.
4. Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
5. Compliance: Ensure that production processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
6. Collaboration: Work with the production team to recommend adjustments and improvements to processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure quality.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to recommend corrective actions and improvements.
