Supervise and guide Inspectors, technicians, operators and other staff regarding Quality
Management System.
? Attend customer complaints and submit corrective and preventive actions within a
committed timeline.
? Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
? Facilitating proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing data based on QRQC, PDI fallout,
In process and Incoming.
? Ensure implementation of quality standards, Incoming Inspections, In-process Inspections,
PDI, Visual Inspections, Packing standards etc.
? Ensure 5S and other quality tools are implemented in the workshop.
? Coordinating with suppliers for quality problems and improvement by demanding corrective
actions.
? Implement improvement activities like 5S, KAIZEN, MSA, SPC etc.
? Daily / Monthly / Quality MIS report submission to plant head.
? Ensuring SOP, calibrations of instruments/gauges and quality instruction sheets.
? Responsible for In-house calibrate Performing internal system audits, process audits and
supplier audits.
? Responsible for BOP part Inspection as per sampling plan
? Responsible for supplier rejection monthly data
? Responsible for reduction of BOP part rejection
? Responsible for reducing supplier rework at our end.
? Responsible for analyzing defect due to supplier & take countermeasure with supplier
? Responsible for maintain Supplier related documentation
? Responsible for layout inspection of the child part of the NPD part.
? Responsible for making In house daily rejection data.
? Responsible for attending customer complaints & segregation at customer end.
? Responsible for One page activity & Quality Flash note during customer complaints.
? Overall Responsible for standard Room
? on of gauges & Instrument whatever possible & other send to out-source
? Responsible for Layout inspection report for new development part.
