Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Quality Supervisor

to oversee construction quality standards at our project sites in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications Conduct regular site inspections and material checks Identify and report non-conformities and suggest corrective actions Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality benchmarks Maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection logs Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Assist in audits and third-party inspections when required

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent (mandatory) 2-5 years of experience in construction quality supervision Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and testing procedures Familiarity with quality control tools and documentation practices Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities
