Job Title:

Quality Supervisor

Location: Taloja, Maharashtra

Experience: 2 to 4 years (in a manufacturing/engineering environment)

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Shift: Full-time (Shop-floor based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated and hands-on quality supervisor who will be responsible for managing daily quality operations on the shop floor. The role demands an individual who can independently inspect inward and outward materials, maintain basic quality documentation, and ensure smooth coordination with production, dispatch, and quality support teams.

This is a field-level role best suited for candidates who are action-oriented, can handle ground-level tasks, and are capable of managing a small team with discipline and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical inspection of inward and outward materials as per company standards

Identify defects and report non-conformities immediately

Maintain basic QC documentation related to material movement and inspection

Coordinate with production and dispatch departments for quality clearance

Supervise and guide floor-level quality staff/helpers

Ensure real-time resolution of quality-related concerns

Contribute to maintaining a clean and compliant shop floor as per quality norms

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

(B.Sc. candidates with relevant experience may also apply.)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in shop-floor quality supervision or material inspection role in a manufacturing unit

Skills & Attributes:

Strong observation and attention to detail

Basic understanding of quality systems and inspection standards

Ability to handle team coordination and real-time decision making

Should be self-driven and able to perform without micro-supervision

Familiarity with basic quality tools (preferred, not mandatory)

Note:

This is not a desk-based or documentation-heavy position. We are seeking someone who is present on the floor, actively involved in operations, and takes ownership of the quality process at the ground level.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
